I have a friend, “Mr. S,” who’s turning 50 and hasn’t been feeling his best.

Unfortunately, another friend of his had some well-meaning but overly naive advice:

“Dude, if you’re over 40, you need to be on TRT. It changed my life!”

So, Mr. S decided to try and get on testosterone therapy.

While I respect that Mr. S took action, I really wish he had come to me first.
