Commitment and Transformation
I’ve noticed that not everyone is ready to commit to real change—and that’s okay.
The truth is, not everyone is prepared to do what it takes to achieve real results. My program isn’t for everyone because it’s built on effort, accountability, and consistency. It’s for those who are ready to commit to a journey of transformation—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally, too.
Let me share two stories about two people I met in the same program I went through a few years ago. These stories have stayed with me because they show the difference between commitment and hesitation, and how those choices can shape your outcome.
Meet Jeremiah
When Jeremiah joined the program, he didn’t look healthy. He was a father of three, running a business, and balancing a lot of responsibilities. At around 30% body fat, he wasn’t happy with how he looked or felt. But Jeremiah had something special—he was ready to commit.
Jeremiah trusted his coach completely. Even when the plan was challenging, he followed it exactly, believing that the guidance he was given was rooted in expertise. He didn’t second-guess or tweak the advice—he simply showed up, did the work, and stayed consistent.
Even on the busiest days, Jeremiah prioritized his workouts and followed his nutrition plan to the letter, knowing it was designed for his success. Over time, he didn’t just lose fat; he gained confidence, energy, and focus.
Today, Jeremiah is the guy everyone looks up to. His incredible transformation has inspired friends and family, and he’s the go-to person for advice. His success didn’t come from luck—it came from trusting the process and putting in the effort every single day.
Now, Meet “Mr. T.”
I’ll use this name to protect his identity, but his story is one I’ve seen too often.
“Mr. T.” wanted results but had a hard time trusting the process. Instead of following the plan fully, he questioned the advice he was given. He’d hear conflicting opinions from friends or see something online and second-guess the program.
While he followed some parts of the program, he didn’t stay consistent. He skipped workouts when things got busy, made unplanned stops at the fast-food restaurant across from his office, and justified it by telling himself one bad meal wouldn’t matter.
These small decisions added up. “Mr. T.” made some progress—he lost a few pounds—but it didn’t last. His inconsistency and reluctance to fully commit held him back. When results didn’t come, he blamed the program instead of reflecting on why things didn’t change.
Another Reason I Can Be Picky
I don’t have to work with everyone because I have been blessed to purchase some real estate investments and I do have a profitable podcast agency. I say that so you know I’m a business owner like you. I’ve been in your shoes. And I’ve built a stable enough foundation that provides some financial independence. Which means I’m not coaching because I need your money—I’m coaching because I’m passionate about helping the right people create real change in their lives.
I only work with people who are truly ready to commit. Coaching isn’t about convincing you to care about your health—it’s about partnering with those who already do and are ready to invest in themselves, trust the process, and put in the effort to create lasting change.
Why I Vet Every Client
I’ve learned that not everyone is ready to take the leap. That’s why I carefully vet every potential client before we start working together. I want to know you’re ready to give your best effort, trust the plan, and stay consistent, even when it’s tough.
When we work together, I bring everything I have—my knowledge, my experience, and my support—but I need you to meet me halfway. This program isn’t for people who want shortcuts. It’s for people like Jeremiah, who are ready to take control and create lasting change.
Are You Ready?
Think about your story. Are you ready to trust the process? Are you ready to commit to a plan that will push you to become your best self? Are you ready to become the person others look up to—just like Jeremiah?
If you are, I’d love to work with you. But if you’re not quite there yet, that’s okay—I’ll be here when you are.
So, which story will you write for yourself—Jeremiah’s or “Mr. T.’s”? The choice is yours.
