Stop Wasting Time—You Need a Coach

If You Could’ve Done It on Your Own

If you could’ve done it on your own, you would’ve done it already.

Let’s be real: you’ve tried. You’ve jumped on YouTube, followed countless workout plans, attempted a couple trendy diets, and told yourself, “This time is different.” But it wasn’t.

And here’s the unfortunate truth: it’s not because you’re not working hard enough. You’re working plenty hard.

It’s because you’re trying to do it alone.

Those who succeed don’t stumble their way to the top—they hire someone who’s been there, someone who knows the path and can show them the way. Why would fitness be any different?

Let me share the idea of “The Falcon” with you.

There was once a falcon with big dreams of soaring higher than any bird. It had the strength and determination to succeed, and it gave everything it had.

Day after day, it worked harder—flapping its wings faster, diving into gusts of wind, and pushing itself to exhaustion.

But no matter how much it tried, the falcon couldn’t fly any higher. Frustrated and stuck, it began to doubt itself.

One day, the falcon saw an eagle gliding effortlessly through the skies.

It wasn’t struggling, it wasn’t flapping wildly—it was soaring.

Curious, the falcon asked, “How do you fly so high, so smoothly? What’s your secret?”

The eagle observed the falcon for a moment and said, “You’re working harder, not smarter. You’re flapping your wings in chaotic bursts, wasting energy, and missing the right currents to lift you higher. I know because I made the same mistake once.

I didn’t figure this out on my own—I had a mentor who taught me to read the winds, conserve my energy, and glide to higher altitudes without wearing myself out.”

The falcon was stunned. It realized it had been so focused on working harder that it hadn’t noticed the simple adjustments it needed to make.

Under the eagle’s guidance, the falcon learned how to time its flaps, align with the wind, and let the currents do much of the work.

With just a few key changes, the falcon finally soared higher than it ever thought possible.

What About You?

Like the falcon, you’ve been working hard but spinning your wheels. Maybe you’re giving it your all, but you’re stuck because you’re missing the critical adjustments that could change everything.

Here’s what the numbers say about why coaching works:

  • 75% of top executives credit their success to mentors and coaches.
  • 90% of those with a coach say they’re happier and more successful.
  • People with health coaches experience clinically significant improvements in their fitness and health. In one study, participants lost an average of 7.24% of their body weight in just 12 months—and kept off 6.77% after two years.

If the best in the world rely on mentors, why are you still trying to do this on your own?

It’s Time to Stop Settling

Coaching isn’t about working harder—it’s about working smarter. It’s about having someone in your corner who can spot the blind spots you can’t see, show you what really works, and keep you on track.
