Your energy was high, your hormones were optimized, and your schedule was light.
Fitness wasn’t a struggle—it was just something you did.
Now, in your 40s and 50s, life looks a little different.
Between juggling kids, work, and everything else life throws at you, it feels impossible to carve out time for yourself.
And most fitness coaches? They just don’t get it.
They’re in their 20s, with no kids, no career stress, and plenty of time to spend in the gym. Sure, they look great—but how could they possibly understand what it’s like to be a 50-year-old business owner and father? They’ve never had to squeeze in a workout between meetings and soccer practice or tried to muster up the energy to exercise after a 12-hour day. Their advice works for someone like them—but not for someone like you.
I Get It Because I’ve Been There
My health has been all over the map. I’ve been the dad who worked too hard and ignored his health. I’ve had the beer belly that wouldn’t hide no matter what shirt I wore, drank too much, and struggled with a food addiction that left me feeling miserable with daily migraines. I’ve even had my kids call me “really fat” while wondering why my girlfriend, who was running, lifting, and competing, put up with me and my complacency.
I tried all the fad diets, fasting, and endless cardio just to get some form of better health. I starved myself for days, only to gain it all back (and then some). My journey started in December 2018, and the ups and downs were brutal.
By January 2022, I decided enough was enough. I hired a coach. We had multiple calls, I read all his materials, and I started implementing everything he recommended. It wasn’t magic, but it worked. I ditched the fad diets, gave up on the hours of cardio, and finally started seeing real, sustainable results.
My Transformation Journey
- December 2018: 222 lbs @ 27% body fat
- February 2022: 205 lbs @ 22% body fat
- March 2022: 193 lbs @ 16.5% body fat
- May 2022: 176 lbs @ 10% body fat
- June 2022: 167 lbs @ 8% body fat
For the first time in years, I felt like myself again. I had more energy, more confidence, and more control over my life. Even my natural testosterone levels skyrocketed, going from the 300s-600s to the 1000s-1300s.
Let Me Help You Take Control
Here’s what I’ve learned: staying fit doesn’t require endless hours in the gym, starving yourself, or giving up the foods you love. It’s about finding a system that works for your life. Just three 30-minute workouts a week, combined with personalized nutrition and simple strategies for better sleep and energy, can completely transform how you look, feel, and show up every day.
Imagine this: quick, effective workouts that fit between meetings and soccer practice. Family dinners where you don’t have to eat plain chicken and broccoli while everyone else enjoys pizza. More energy to handle your day and still have something left for your family at night.
I understand what it’s like to feel stuck because I’ve been there. I know how it feels to want a change but not know where to start. This isn’t a cookie-cutter plan designed for a 20-something with no responsibilities. It’s tailored to your goals, your lifestyle, and the challenges you face as a busy parent and business owner.
It’s Never Too Late
Whether you’ve ignored your health for years or tried every diet under the sun without success, it’s never too late to take control. Your fitness journey doesn’t have to be perfect; it just has to be consistent. I’ve been there—and I can help you build a system that works for you.
If you’re ready to stop guessing, stop making excuses, and start seeing results, let’s create a plan that works for you. Because you’re not a cookie-cutter person—and you deserve more than a cookie-cutter plan.
